深井软岩巷道锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护机理与实践 被引量:20

Mechanism and Practice of Coupling Support Technology with Anchor-Net Shell Lining in Deep Mine Roadway in Soft Strata

摘要 为了控制深井软岩巷道有害变形,针对深井软岩巷道地压大、变形大、难支护的特点,提出了各种支护之间以及支护体与围岩之间耦合的锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护技术.分析了锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护机理和网壳支架的作用特点,设计了合理的网壳支架,确定了网壳支架的承载能力.讨论了锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护技术关键和特点,通过Bonaitin-Thomson模型推导出预留刚隙柔层厚度的计算式.现场实测结果表明:前10 d巷道围岩变形较大,变形速度相对后期较高,此后变形速度急速下降,到第43 d时,巷道围岩基本不变形.锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护技术能够较好地控制巷道围岩的有害变形. In this paper,we put forward a coupling support technology with anchor-net shell lining on the coupling of various supports and the coupling of supports and surrounding rocks to control deformation and damage of the deep soft rock roadway strata.The purpose of using this technology is to adapt to the actual conditions such as great ground pressure,large deformation,and difficult in supporting deep-seated roadway in soft strata.We also analyze the mechanism of the coupling support with anchor-net shell lining,design reasonable net shell stents and determine their ability of load.In addition,we discuss the key technology and technical characteristics of the coupling support,explore this problem by Bonaitin-Thomson Model,the calculation formula of the thickness of the reservation rigid gap and flexible layer deduced.In-situ observation results indicate that the surrounding rock of the roadway at the first 10 d is badly deformed.However,the deformation rate obviously decreases afterwards.The deformation becomes slight on the 43rd day.This indicates that the coupling support with anchor-net shell lining can effectively control harmful distortion of surrounding rock of complex soft rock.
