在孙中山政治思想体系中,政党伦理思想占有十分重要的地位。"为国家造幸福、人民谋乐利",是其政党伦理的基本道德原则。依据这一原则,孙中山提出了政党在政治建设、组织建设和思想建设中的主要道德规范。他还从政党道德的原则和核心出发,阐发了党员作为民主主义者应具有的新道德和要培养的革命精神,即"要立大志气","存心做大事,不可存心做大官"和"替主义去牺牲"等。孙中山的政党伦理思想具有鲜明的革命性、与时俱进的进取性和一定程度的创造性,体现出民主性的精华,很值得我们作更多的探讨和研究。
