进化心理学是近年来在西方心理学中新出现的一股心理学思潮。它以进化论为基础,对人类心理的结构和起源进行了研究和探讨。在长期的进化过程中,女性必须解决众多复杂的适应性问题,从而形成纷繁复杂的择偶偏好,而男性由于进化过程中与女性所面临不同的适应性问题而形成与女性有差异的择偶策略。

Evolutionary psychology is a newly emerging psychological trend in Western psychology in recent years. It has been studied and discussed the human structure and origin on the basis of the theory of evolution. During the long process of evolution, women must solve the many complex adaptive problems for the sake of forming a complicated mating preferences, while in the evolution men face adaptive peoblems that differ feom women,so that their mate selection strategies distinguish from female＇s.
