降低非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术神经系统并发症的近端吻合策略
摘要
神经系统并发症是冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)围手术期的主要并发症。近年来非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCAB)中采用的自动吻合装置、主动脉隔离装置、主动脉阻塞及主动脉无触技术等新技术和新方法,大大降低了神经系统并发症的发生。采用不同的近端吻合技术对移植物通畅率也有不同的影响。
