摘要
目的通过冠状位CT扫描观察额隐窝内额气房存在情况,并了解额气房与额窦炎发生的关系。方法选择因鼻窦炎或鼻中隔偏曲等鼻部疾病住院患者50例,行64层CT扫描,观察CT影像上额隐窝内额气房及额窦炎的存在情况,并进行相关性分析。结果额气房的出现率为37%(35/95),其中Ⅰ型气房16%(15/95),Ⅱ型3%(3/95),Ⅲ型气房18%(17/95),未发现Ⅳ型气房;额窦内间隔气房出现率为18%(8/50)。结论鼻窦冠状位CT能够清楚辨认额气房的存在情况,有或无额气房与额窦炎发生率的差异无明显统计学意义。
Objective To recognize frontal cells and explore the relationship between frontal cells and the presense of frontal sinusitis.Methods 50 patients suffering from sinusitis or septal deviation but without previous surgical history were given computed tomography（CT） to observe the prevalence of agger nasi cell and frontal sinusitis.Results Of all the 50 patients（100 sides）,95 frontal cells were identified,the prevalence of agger nasi cell was 37%（35/95）,among those cells,16% was type Ⅰ,3% was type Ⅱ,18% type Ⅲ,and none type Ⅳ.Conclusion The structure of frontal recess can be clearly recognized through coronal computed tomography.The difference of prevalence of frontal sinusitis between patients with and without frontal agger nasi cell is statistically insignificant.
