异位错构瘤性胸腺瘤1例报道及特点分析 被引量：2

摘要 异位错构性胸腺瘤（ectopic hamartmatous thymoma,EHT）是一发生于下颈部的极少见的良性肿瘤。由梭行细胞、上皮细胞及脂肪细胞混合构成。我科曾诊治1例患者,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料患者,男,41岁,因发现颈前进行性肿块4年,于2009年8月6日入院。患者4年前无意发现颈前胸骨上窝处一肿块,约杏核大小,表面皮肤无红肿、疼痛,
