泪道逆行置管治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床研究

Clinical study of retrograde lacrimal intubation on the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis

目的观察新型材料制成的导管经泪道行逆行置管治疗慢性泪囊炎的治疗效果。方法在西安市眼科医院门诊选取2007年12月至2008年12月慢性泪囊炎、鼻泪管阻塞368例（368只眼），门诊采用新型材料制成的导管经泪道实施逆行泪道置管术，术后冲洗，通畅后放置1～7个月拔管，术后观察患者的症状和冲洗泪道的情况6～12个月。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术，术中未出现任何并发症。泪道逆行置管对慢性泪囊炎和鼻泪管阻塞的治愈率为86．1％，有效率为98．4％。结论该方法对治疗慢性泪囊炎及鼻泪管阻塞的患者，效果满意、安全简便、创伤小、经济、患者的依从性好，是一种适于临床推广应用的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the dinical effect of the new material made retrograde lacrimal intubation on treatment of chronic dacryecystitis. Methods Three hundred and sixty five patients （Three hundred and sixty five eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis in this study were selected from the Xiian Eye Hospital from December 2007 to December 2008. All patients were received retrograde lacrimal catheter implementation with new materials made silica gel tube in outpatient department, and washed the lacrimal passages after the operation, and the tube was removed after placing one to seven months. The symptoms and syphilis of lacrimal passages of these patients were observed in the following 6 to 12 months af- ter the operation. Results All operations on patients were conducted successfully, and no complications happened during the procedure. The recovery rate and effective rate of retrograde lacrimal intubation on chronic dacryocysfitis and nasolacri- real duct obstruction were 86.1% and 98.4% respectively. Conclusions This treatment is a satisfactory, safe and easy, less traumatic, economic, and good compliance method on treating chronic dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct obstruction,so it is suitable for clinical application.
