超激光疼痛治疗仪星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛的临床研究

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF STELLATE GANGLION BLOCK WITH SUPER LIZER HA 550 ON MIGRAINE

目的：观察超激光（ Ｓ Ｌ） 疼痛治疗仪对偏头痛的治疗效果。方法：２８ 例偏头痛患者随机分为研究组和对照组，分别接受 Ｓ Ｌ 星状神经节阻滞（ Ｓ Ｇ Ｂ） 及有创性药物 Ｓ Ｇ Ｂ 治疗。结果：（１） 二组患者头痛次数、头痛持续时间、头痛程度与治疗前相比有显著差异（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０１） ，研究组与对照组各观察指标间无显著性差异。（２） 研究组无明显副反应，对照组有一定危险性。结论： Ｓ Ｌ 可有效治疗偏头痛，同时具有无侵袭性、安全性及可控性高的特点。

Objective: To observe the effect of Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) with Super Lizer HA 550 (SL) on Migraine. Method : twenty eight patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups. SGB with SL was used in the investigating group and invasive SGB with drugs was used in the control group. Results : 1) The number of headache attack, duration and degree of headache were all reduced obviously after the treatment in two groups (P<0.01). No significant differences were found between the investigation group and control group. 2) There were no obvious side effects observed in investigation group, but the method used in control group were invasive and therefore may be dangerous. Conclusion: SL could treat migraine effectively. It had advantages of safety, no invasion and high controlability.
