摘要
目的 探讨微波局部照射用作全身热疗的可能。方法 对17 例肺癌和2 例食管癌患者用 U H R915 微波治疗机进行胸部加温治疗,治疗期间采用瘤内或支气管内及直肠内测温观察。结果 所有测温点的温度几乎平行上升,45 ~60 分钟内升温0 .036 ~0 .078 ℃/min ,支气管内平均最高温度达40 .1 ℃,直肠内达40 .2 ℃。副作用以心动过速较明显,个别患者有小面积轻度灼伤。结论 U H R915 微波治疗机进行胸部加温时可使全身温度上升,对心脏毒性影响并不严重,因而有用作全身热疗的潜在可能。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of UHR 915 microwave hyperthermia used as a whole body hyperthermia (WBH). Methods Nineteen patients, 17 diagnosed as of having lung cancer and 2 esophageal cancer, were treated with thermoradiotheray. While being heated continuously for an hour or longer over the patient's chest, we measured the temperature of the tumor, bronchus and rectum. A few of them were tested for serum creatine kinase before and after heating. Results The temperature in each point rose almost parallel, and the rising rate was 1.6~4.7?℃,45~60?min. The maximum average temperature inside the tumor or bronchus was 40.1℃,inside the rectum 40.2℃. An obvious side effect was tachycardia. Only 3 patients experienced slight Ⅱ°burn over limited skin areas. Conclusions The chest heating with UHR 915 microwave hyperthermia is able to raise the whole body temperature to 40.1 ~ 40.2℃ without obvious toxic effect. This may prove that this localized chest heating seems to be feasible as a means of WBH.
