口服替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌60例临床观察

目的：观察口服替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及安全性。方法：对60例晚期胃癌患者采用口服替吉奥治疗后进行疗效评定。结果：38例患者中，CR5例，PR12例，SD9例，PD12例，有效率达44．74％。结论：替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌不良反应小，特别适用于老年患者和不宜联合化疗的患者。
