高频彩色超声对急性阑尾炎的临床诊断价值

目的：探讨高频彩色超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法：对经手术病理证实的201例急性阑尾炎患者进行超声检查与手术病理进行对比分析。结果：有156例显示了阑尾炎声像图改变，符合率为78％。结论：较之CT、MRI等影像学检查，超声检查有其简便、快捷、可重复性、无损伤、费用低的优点，目前已成为临床首选的影像学检查方法。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in acute appendicitis.Methods Totally 201 patients of acute appendicitis elinicaly underwent ultrasonography examination.All cases were confirmed by pathology after operation.Results Ultrasonography features actue appendicitis revealed in 201 eases,the positive ratio was 78%.Conclusion Compared with CT ,MRI, ultrasonography is simple,rapid,repeatable,noninvasive and low-price,accompanied with the enhancde diagnostic level of high-frequency ultrasonography furthermore, now it has become the preferred method in the diagnosis of acute aooendicitis.
