不同消毒药对根管治疗疗效及患者牙龈组织COX-2的影响

The Effect of Different Disinfectants on Root-canal Treatment and Gum COX-2 of Patients

目的：观察不同消毒药对根管治疗疗效及患者牙龈组织COX-2的影响。方法：选择急慢性牙髓炎，根尖周炎，牙髓坏死等病例进行常规根管治疗术，根据封药分为氢氧化钙组，氢氧化钙＋碘仿组，甲醛甲酚组，樟脑酚组，比较各组治疗效果及牙龈组织COX-2表达。结果：不同病种患者氢氧化钙＋碘仿组疗效高于氢氧化钙组疗效，高于樟脑酚组及甲醛甲酚组，樟脑酚组与甲醛甲酚组疗效比较无显著差异，不同病种间比较无显著差异．根管治疗前患者COX-2过表达率明显高于对照组，治疗后COX-2过表达率为樟脑酚组一甲醛甲酚组〉氢氧化钙组〉氢氧化钙＋碘仿组，差异有统计学意义。结论：四种消毒药以氢氧化钙＋碘仿组疗效最优，并能有效降低COX-2高表达。

Objective： To study the root canal therapy clinical research in curative effect comparison during different root canal disinfectant and the effect on expression of COX-2. Methods： Clinically random selects Chronic pulpitis, acute pulpitis, periapical periodontitis, periapical periodontitis. Dividing dressing into FC,CP,CH and CH＋iodoform. The COX-2 expression was determinated. Results： The curative effect was better than other groups.Before root canal treatment ,the COX-2 over-expression in patients was significantly higher than that after treatment, COX-2 over-expression rate of camphor, phenol group = formocresol group of calcium hydroxide group of calcium hydroxide ＋ iodoform group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The calcium hydroxide ＋ iodoform group was the best optimal effect, and can effectively reduce the high expression of COX-2.
