摘要
目的：探讨和观察滋阴平亢汤加减治疗糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年-2010年期间收治的36例糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症患者的临床资料，将其随机分为2组，治疗组（中医药治疗组）18例，依照患者的病情需要在西医治疗基础上采用自拟滋阴平亢汤加减治疗；对照组18例采用西药常规治疗；1个月为一个疗程，共连续治疗2个疗程。观察患者的血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、促甲状腺素（uTSH）等指标在治疗前和治疗后的水平。结果：治疗组的整体有效率为944％，对照组的整体有效率为77．8％，2组的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：自拟滋阴平亢汤加减能够有效治疗糖尿病舍并甲状腺功能亢进症，建议在临床中推广使用。
Objective： To study and observe the second decoction for treatment of diabetes mellitus in winter hyperthyroidism clinical effects. Results： The overall effective rate was 94.4% in the control group, the overall effective rate was 77.8%, 2 groups were statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Self-Yin Ping Kang Decoction effective treatment of diabetic patients with hyperthyroidism, it is recommended to promote in clinical use.
