摘要
目的：探讨骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓（deep venous thrombosis，DVT）的发生率及应用多模式预防DVT的有效性和安全性。方法：根据入选标准选择101例下肢骨折内固定术，髋关节置换术患者参加该项研究，观察组和对照组分别为52例和49例。结果：手术前后血红蛋白、血小板、凝血酶原比值及活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）变化差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组患者术后下肢DVT发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：多模式预防方案可以有效预防下肢骨折内固定及髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成。
Objective： to investigate the orthopaedic postoperative varicose veins deep venous thrombosis （thrombosis, D V T） the incidence and application multimodal preventive D V t. efficacy and safety. Methods： according to the criteria for the choice of lower limb fracture fixation 101, hip replacement patients in the study, trial group and control group respectively 52 cases and 49 cases. Conclusion： multimodal preventive scheme can effectively prevent the lower limb fractures internal fixation and after total hip arihroplasty varicose veins thrombosis.
