调脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效观察

The observing of clinical effect of TiaoZhi Soup treating with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Auther：

目的：探讨调脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：按诊断标准选择非酒精性脂肪肝患者162例，随机分为两组，治疗组、对照组各81例。治疗组服用调脂汤；对照组服用东宝肝泰片，治疗前后详细记录两组患者评定指标，实验完成后对数据进行整理分析。结果：治疗组总体疗效优于对照组，两组比较P〈0．05，差异有显著性意义。其中，在降血脂方面，两组治疗前后组内比较具有明显差异，P〈0．05；但治疗后两组间比较无明显差异，P〉0．05；在改善肝功能方面，两者血清ALT、AST下降存在明显差异，P〈0.05。结论：调脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效明显优于东宝肝泰片，其机理可能是通过改善肝细胞功能及降血脂实现的。

The patients were randomly divided into two groups： The treatment group and the control group.Each group have 81 examples.The treatment group was treated with TiaoZhi Soup and the control group was treated with Dongbao Liver Piece.Around the treatment, the related indicators of two groups were recorded in detail, in ord to reorganizat and analysis the data after the experiment Finally： The overall curative effect of treatment group is superior to the control group, P〈0.05, both was the significant difference .On the aspect of reducing blood lipids, two groups were the obvious difference before treatment, P〈0.05; But after the treatment, the changes of two group＇s blood lipids were not obvious different., P〉0.05; On the aspect of improvement liver function, both blood serum ALT, AST were obvious difference, P〈0.05.Conclusion： TiaoZhi Soup curative effect is superior to the Dongbao Liver Piece obviously on treat the non-alcoholic fatty liver. Its mechanism is to reduce the blood lipids and improve liver cell function possibility.
