摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定清热解毒片中绿原酸的含量方法。方法实验条件为色谱柱：Kromasil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-0．4％的磷酸（20：80）检测波长：324nm，流速为1．0ml·min-1。结果：绿原酸平均回收率为98．89％，RSD为0．68％（n=6）。结论：该法简便，结果准确，专属性强，重现性好，可将其作为清热解毒片的质控指标之一。
Objective To establish high performance liquid chromatography to detect the contents of qingrejiedu films chlorogenic acid .Methods：the experimental conditions for chromatographic column KromasilCL, （250mm ×4.6mm, 5 μm ） ,mobile phase： acetonitrile-0.4%phosphate（20：80）,Detected wavelength： 324nm,tending now velocity of 1.0ml ·min-1. Results： the average recovery for pingyi 98.89% ,RSD 0.68% （n=6）o Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and strong speciflcity, reproducible and can be as qingrejiedu films slice quality indexes.
