摘要
目的探讨异位阑尾炎的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月—2010年12月经手术治疗的55例异位阑尾炎的临床资料。结果 55例异位阑尾炎均治愈出院,术后并发切口感染12例,腹腔残余脓肿5例,粘连性肠梗阻4例,切口裂开1例。结论异位阑尾炎术前尽可能明确诊断,尽早行手术治疗,减少术后并发症。
Objective To study the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic appendicitis. Methods The clinical data of 55 cases with ectopic appendicitis in our hospital from 2003 to 2010 were analyzed Retrospective. Results All of 55 cases were cured,of all patients12 with incision infection,5 peritoneal remnant abcess,4 intestinal obstruction,and 1 incision rupture. Conclusion It is vital for ectopic appendicitis that the patients were diagnosed and operated as soon to downsize postoperative complications.
