慢性心力衰竭患者脂联素、B型脑钠肽前体N端片段与心功能的关系 被引量:2

摘要 心力衰竭(简称心衰)是各种心血管疾病最主要的死亡原因,其发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,因此探讨心衰的发生发展机制,为其防治提供理论依据一直是研究重点。脂联素(adiponectin)为脂肪细胞分泌的血浆蛋白,具有增加脂肪酸氧化、提高葡萄糖摄取量、改善胰岛素抵抗(IR)、抗动脉粥样硬化及抗炎作用,
