128层螺旋CT对原发性蛛网膜下腔出血的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of the 128 Slice Spiral CT Angiography for Primary Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

目的：探讨128层螺旋cT血管成像技术对原发性蛛网膜下腔出血的临床诊断价值。方法：应用128层螺旋CT机，对126例CT平扫诊断为原发性蛛网膜下腔出血的患者进行颈脑血管成像检查，用德国西门子公司SyngoNeuroDSA软件系统行多技术处理，回顾性分析其影像学表现，并行DSA检查对照分析。结果：128层螺旋CT显示89例动脉瘤，5例动静脉畸形，32例未见异常。89例动脉瘤患者中38例行DSA检查，病变部位与病变形态与128层螺旋CT显示一致；32例未见异常者中，8例行DSA检查，发现3例有动脉瘤，5例为阴性。结论：128层螺旋CT血管成像技术是检查原发性蛛网膜下腔出血的首选方法，具有无创性、高效性，在一定程度上可以代替常规DSA检查。

Objective ：To investigate the diagnostic value of 128 slice spiral CT angiography for primary subarachnoid hemorrhage, nethods：126 patients diagnosed as primary subarachnoid hemorrhage by non -contrast CT were performed by CTA. The reconstruction images were analyzed retrospectively with Siemens Syngo Neuro DSA software systems, the DSA and surgery results were compared. Results：Among the 126 cases, 89 cases of aneurysms were detected, 5 cases arteriovenous fistula were displayed, 32 cases without anomalies （ Among the 32 cases, 8 cases were performed DSA, 3 cases showed aneurysms, 5 cases were still negative）. Conclusions ： 128 slice spiral CT angiography is the first choice for detecting the causes of primary subarachnoid hemorrhage because it is non - invasive and highly effective, and to some extent, it can replace conventional DSA.
