脑梗塞患者内皮素、一氧化氮含量的动态观察及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 分析了35 例脑梗塞患者血浆中 E T 和 N O 含量的变化, 结果表明: 急性期血浆中 E T水平显著地高于正常对照组( P< 0 .01) , N O 水平显著地低于正常对照组( P< 0 .01) ;恢复期 E T和 N O 与对照组比较无显著性差异( P> 0 .05) 。提示: E T 和 N O 参与了脑梗塞的病理生理过程,动态测定血浆 E T 和 N O 水平有助于脑梗塞病情的观察。 The levels of plasma endothelin (ET) and serum nitric oxide (NO) were determined in 35 patients of the cerebral infarction (CI) group. The results showed that the ET levels in the acute CI group were significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.01), but the NO levels were significantly decreasing in the acute CI group as compared with those of the control group ( P <0.01), There was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the recovery group in plasma ET and serum NO levels ( P >0.05). It is suggested that ET and NO could participate in the process of pathology and physiology in CI. Dynamic detection of ET and No levels is helpful in analyzing CI whether serious or mild.
