摘要
通过研究PVA,PET 接枝纤维及PEU 树脂磺化反应前后的物理机械性能和化学结构的变化来初步探讨生物材料的类肝素化反应,结果表明该类材料直接磺化容易,但要求有适当的磺化度才能保持材料原有物理机械性能。血小板吸附实验表明PVA,PET 接枝纤维及PEU 树脂磺化后对血小板的吸附明显减少,表现出类似肝素的抗凝血活性。
In this paper, physical mechanical properties and changes of chemical structures of some heparin like biomaterials were studied before and after sulfonization of PVA, PET and PEU. The resutls showed that these materials were easy to be sulfonized, but it was necessary to keep actual sulfonization degree for their mechanical properties. Platelets adhesion experiments demonstrated that the materials adsorbed very few and showed heparin like anti coagulant property after sulfonization.
