小胶质细胞过度激活与多巴胺能神经元进行性变性的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是常见的神经变性疾病,主要病理特征为中脑黑质致密带(substantia nigra pars compacta,SNpc)多巴胺能神经元缺失,残余的神经元内出现路易小体。目前认为,PD是由老化、遗传及环境等多因素所致,但发病机制尚不明确。近年显示,以小胶质细胞(mieroglia,MG)过度激活为特征的神经免疫炎症在PD发病机制中起十分重要的作用,是多巴胺能神经元进行性变性的驱动力。
