内源性脑保护的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 脑血管病具有高发病率、高致残率的特点,对缺血性脑血管病的有效治疗手段并不多,重组组织纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)溶栓、卒中单元、抗血小板治疗得到了认可,而脑保护治疗虽然经基础研究证实有效,但临床运用并没能得到理想的效果,其中一个重要的原因是外源性给予脑保护药物常常作用于单一靶点,而脑缺血损害的病理生理涉及多个环节。
