摘要
目的评价各种听骨链材料的相对优劣性,为临床选择听骨链重建材料提供参考。方法通过电子检查(不设年限)及手工检索(1998年11月~2007年6月)发表在国内外各种医学期刊上有关听骨链成形材料的临床研究文献,并进行质量评价,对符合条件的研究再进行Meta分析。结果检索发现相关文献200篇,最终纳入7篇文献,对其进行合并分析,选出钛质听骨与自体听骨、钛质听骨与羟基磷灰石、钛质听骨与骨水泥、钛质听骨与多孔聚乙烯相比较的文献各两篇。Meta分析发现钛质听骨优于多孔聚乙烯听骨,其余各组未见明显差异。结论不同的听骨链重建材料各有优缺点,钛质听骨较其他听骨链重建材料疗效较好。复合听骨材料赝复物结合了两种或多种材料的优点,将是未来应用广泛的听骨链重建材料。
Objective To evaluate efficacy of various ossicular chain materials as possible reference for clinical application.Methods All the literature related with ossicular reconstruction material published from 1998 to 2007 was reviewed and assessed and those which have met the criteria were included in the quantitative Meta-analysis.Results From 200 research papers,only 7 were qualified enough to get into Meta-analysis.Among them two were about titanium and autogenous incus,two about titanium and hydroxyapatite,two about titanium and inomer cement,two about titanium and plasti-pore.By quantitative Meta-analysis,ossicular chains made of titanium were found better than that of porus polythene have no significant difference appeared among other materials.Conclusion The various ossicular chain reconstruction materials showed different advantages and disadvantages.Titanium had better therapeutic outcomes compared with other materials,while the compound ossicular chain reconstruction material combining the advantages of different materials will be widely used in the future.
