S100A4和nm23H1在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的研究S100A4和nm23H1在结直肠癌中的表达及其与结直肠癌侵袭转移的关系以寻找预测预后的指标。方法采用免疫组化EP法检测58例结直肠癌和20例正常结直肠组织中S100A4和nm23H1的蛋白表达水平;单因素分析它们与临床病理因素的关系;用等级相关分析法检查两基因的相关性。结果58例结直肠癌组织中S100A4阳性表达率明显高于正常结直肠组织(P=0.021);nm23H1阳性表达率明显低于正常结直肠组织(P=0.004)。S100A4和nm23H1在结直肠癌中的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、远处转移、肿瘤发生部位无明显关系,各因素分析差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而与肿瘤浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关,两因素组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。S100A4表达与组织学分化程度呈负相关。nm23H1表达与TNM分期呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结直肠癌组织中S100A4和nm23H1蛋白表达呈正相关(r’=-0.402,P=0.002)。结论nm23H1和S100A4是评价结直肠癌恶性程度、临床病理分期、淋巴结转移的有价值指标;两者联合检测,有助于预测结直肠癌的浸润、转移情况及患者的预后。
