为了进一步探 讨 A K P 与钙化的 关系, 本文采 用佝 偻病 大鼠 的骺 骨生 长板 为材 料进 行 体外 钙化 实验,从 A K P 活力的 变化追踪钙化 速度的变化;从钙 化速 度的变 化考查 A K P 活 力的变 化;比 较生 理性钙化和病理 性钙化中 A K P 的 作用,从而为生物 瓣钙化的机理
In order to study role of AKP activity in mechanism of calcification, the epiphysial bone lamellae of rachitis rats were used as the testing animal specimen for calcification in vitro, to investigate rate of calcification from changes of AKP activity to examine in reverse AKP activity by the rate of calcification, and to compare effect of AKP in dystrophic and physiologic calcification, thus providing sound data to elucidate mechanism of bioprosthetic valve tissue calcification and methods to tackle this problem.
