降钙素与子宫内膜容受性关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 胚胎成功着床的关键在于具备着床能力的胚胎与具有接受能力的子宫内膜在形态和功能上的同步发展.正常的子宫内膜仅在一个极短的时期内允许胚胎着床,这一时期子宫内膜的容受性达到最大,一般称之为种植窗期.近年来对子宫内膜容受性的研究显示,激素、细胞因子、黏附分子、分泌蛋白等形成网络来调节种植窗期的子宫内膜。
