喉假血管性鳞状细胞癌一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，73岁。因声嘶、咽部不适，于2010年3月至浙江大学医学院附属二院就诊。患者4个月前出现持续性声音嘶哑，有咽部不适、痰阻感，不伴咽痛、发热，休息后症状改善不明显。喉内镜示左声带巨大新生物，以“喉肿瘤”收住入院。喉外形无膨大，骨擦感骨擦音存在。间接喉镜下见左声带巨大白色新生物，表面尚平，基底光，突入声门（图1），右声带光滑，双声带活动对称，无受限。双侧喉室，
