摘要
用离心法制备少白细胞血和浓缩白细胞 ,以菌落计数技术 ,观察了白细胞数量和血液杀菌能力之间的关系。结果显示血液具有相当的杀菌能力 ,37℃ 1h后 ,细菌的残存数为金黄色葡萄球菌不足 50 % ,大肠埃希菌在 50 %左右 ,铜绿假单胞菌不足 10 % ,但未见白细胞数量和血液杀菌能力间的明显关系。
Blood is a good media for culturing microorganisms. A contaminated blood might cause a fatal transfusion reaction in recipients. But there are a lot of bacterocidal substences including antibody, complement body and phagocytes in it. In order to observe the relationship between white blood cell and bacterocidal capacity of blood, colony count technique was used in whole blood, poor white cell blood and concentrated white blood cell separated by centrifuge.The results showed the survival rates of S. aureus, P. aeruginosa or E.coli inoculat into blood or its parts, after 37℃1h, were 43%, 9% or 46%, after 4℃ 20d, were 33%, 5% or 24% respectively. There was no significant difference between white blood cell number and bacterocidal capacity of blood. Our experiment confirmed that blood possessed good bacterocidal capacity, but we could not find the correlation between white blood cell count and the bacterocidal capacity of blood.
