贵阳市城区老年人生活满意度研究

A Study on Life Satisfaction of Elders in A Community of Guiyang City

为探讨城市老年人生活满意度及其影响因素 ,在贵阳市城区采用标准量表调查了 96 6名6 0岁及以上的老年人。研究结果表明 :贵阳市城区老年人群生活满意度指数 (LSIA)测评平均得分为 2 9 86分。多元回归分析结果提示 ,影响老年人生活满意度的重要因素依次为健康自评、负性生活事件、经济收入、社会支持程度、综合功能、社会活动功能、年龄和慢性病。因此 ,应从躯体、心理和社会等方面采取综合措施 ,才能提高老年人的整体健康水平。

In order to explore the status and relevant influencing factors of life satisfaction of the elders in urban districts of Guiyang city,966 old adults aged 60 and above were interviewed by using a standard questionnaire.The results indicate that the average of life satisfaction index A(LSIA) was 29 86.In proper order,the important factors affecting their LSIA were self-assessed health,negative life events,income per capita in the family,social supports,gross physical function (GPF),instrumental activity of daily living (IADL),aging and chronic diseases.Therefore,a comprehensive measure including physical,psychological and social health should be taken to raise overall health of the elder population.
