对 114例脑组织损伤患者血清肌酸激酶脑型同功酶 (CK -BB)活性进行测定 ,结果表明CK -BB活性的测定有助于临床医生判断是否有脑实质损伤及损伤程度。它与判断脑组织损伤的其它指标合用可进一步提高诊断的准确性与可靠性 ,并可判断疗效及预后。

The author determined the serum CK-BB activity of 114 patients with brain damage and observed the curative effect, which has been shown that the determination of CK-BB activity is helpful for doctors to diagnose the brain damage and the extence of damage, in the meantime, is helpful in observing curative effect and prediction. CK-BB is so far considered the good bichemical signal enzyme to brain damage.
