类风湿关节炎引起肺功能损害的早期研究

Early damages of lung function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的 研究类风湿关节炎导致肺功能损害的早期变化。方法 采用肺功能检查仪检测３２ 例无呼吸道症状的类风湿关节炎患者及３５ 例健康成人的肺功能。结果 １２ 例类风湿关节炎病人有肺功能改变，主要表现为弥散功能受损，与正常对照组相比，差异显著（ Ｐ＜ ００１） 。结论 类风湿关节炎患者引起肺功能的早期改变以弥散功能损害为主。

Objective To study the early changes of the pulmonary function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods The lung furction of 32 RA patients and 35 normal subjects was tested respectively.Results Of the 32 RA patients,12 showed lung function defects.especially carbon monoxide diffusion capacity (DLCO) decreased compared with normal subjects ( P <0 01).Conclusion The results suggest that the early damage of lung function in RA patients is mainly the decreased DLCO.
