摘要
结合寒冷地区年平均气温低、大温差等气候特点,采用室内弯曲试验,研究温度、公称最大粒径、沥青种类、油石比对沥青混合料弯拉性能的影响及其作用规律。研究结果表明,在五种试验温度下,抗弯拉强度曲线存在两个关键点温度,-10℃和15℃;在低温情况下,两种公称最大粒径相比,AC-13的劈裂强度较AC-16大;在6.0%~7.0%之间存在对应于抗弯拉强度达到最大值时的油石比;SBR改性沥青混合料低温性能优势明显。
Combined with low annual average temperature and large temperature difference in cold region,the influence and action rules of temperature,nominal maximum grain size,asphalt types and asphalt-aggregate ratio on flexural-tensile characteristic of asphalt mixture are studied by laboratory bend test.The results show that under five different test temperatures,there are two key temperatures for anti-flexural-tensile strength curves,-10℃ and 15℃;under low temperature,the cleavage strength of AC-13 is larger than AC-16 compared with the two nominal maximum grain size;between 6.0%~7.0%,there is the asphalt-aggregate ratio corresponding the maximum anti-flexural-tensile strength;the low temperature property advantage of SBR modified asphalt mixture is obvious.
