城镇既有住宅建筑节能的模糊诊断评价研究

Vague Evaluation for the Energy-saving of Existing Residential Building in Towns

根据城镇既有住宅建筑的现状,综合考虑此类建筑中可进行改造的各种因素对建筑节能效果的影响,并建立节能改造指标体系,制定可改造指标的取值范围与诊断评定标准,利用模糊综合评价方法对城镇既有住宅建筑节能诊断进行评价,进而给出了度量该类建筑整体能耗方法,不仅可确定城镇既有住宅建筑整体能耗等级,还可得出需要改造的具体对象指标,对于提升节能效果具有积极的现实意义。

Based on the current situation of existing buildings in towns,and an overall consideration of the influencing factors of reconstructing existing buildings on building energy efficiency,the index system of existing buildings＇ energy-saving modification is founded,the value range and assessing standard of the indexes that could be modified are enacted,the energy saving diagnosis is summarized by vague comprehensive evaluation,so as to give the method of measuring the overall energy consumption of existing buildings in towns.Therefore,not only could the overall degree of energy consumption be determined,but also could the specific object index needed to be reconstructed could be obtained,which could have positive and practical meaning for improving the effects of energy saving on existing buildings in town.
