摘要 我国既有的400亿m2建筑中,95%为高能耗建筑,新建建筑中80%以上也属于高能耗建筑。建筑节能设计方案是体现建筑节能的关键因素之一,如何有效评估节能住宅设计方案,目前尚无统一的方法。提出了将Vague集模糊理论应用于节能住宅方案评价的方法,在阐述该方法的概念及算法实现的基础上,建立了住宅方案评估体系,并引入了各指标的权重系数,利用实例分析了该方法的有效应用和方案优选过程。 The existing 40 billion square meters of buildings in China,which 95% of the buildings are energy-intensive,more than 80% of new buildings feature for high energy consumption.Energy-saving design is the key factor for buildings,and there is no unified approach that can effectively assess the energy efficiency of residential design.The fuzzy theory is applied to evaluate the residential energy efficiency program based on Vague set.The concept of the method and algorithm realization is explained in detail,then,the residential program evaluation system is established and the weight coefficients of each indicator are expounded.The effective application of the method and program selection process are analyzed according to several examples.
