不同剂量巴曲酶对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌流后热休克蛋白70 mRNA的影响

Influence of different dosages Batroxobin on heat shock protein 70 mRNA in rat with focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion

目的 探讨不同剂量巴曲酶对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌流保护作用。方法 采用线栓法制备大脑中动脉缺血再灌流模型。利用ＲＴ－ ＰＣＲ 方法检测缺血脑组织ＨＳＰ７０ ｍＲＮＡ 相对含量。结果 与对照组相比，巴曲酶组ＨＳＰ７０ ｍＲＮＡ 水平明显增加（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，且随着用药剂量增加其呈上升趋势。结论 巴曲酶对脑缺血有保护作用，能使ＨＳＰ７０ ｍＲＮＡ 表达上调。

Objective To study the protective effect of different dosage Batroxobin after cerebral ischemic reperfusion.Methods The local cerebral ischemic reperfusion model with thread embolism of MCA was made.RT-PCR method was used to study the expression of HSP70.Results The level of HSP70mRNA in Batroxobin groups was increased as compared with control group.Furthermore,the relative value of HSP70 mRAN was ascended as Batroxobin dosages increased.Conclusion Batroxobin had significantly protective effect and could induce upregulation of HSP70 mRNA expression.
