摘要
目的 探讨老年冠心病患者红细胞免疫功能与脂蛋白 (a)的变化。方法 将老年冠心病人 ( 49例 )分为不稳定型心绞痛组 ( 2 7例 )和稳定型心绞痛组 ( 2 2例 ) ,并与 46例健康老人对比。采用“郭峰改良法”及免疫比浊法分别检测三组的红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RBC C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC ICR)及脂蛋白 (a) [Lp(a) ]。 结果 老年冠心病两亚组RBC C3bRR与对照组比较 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。RBC ICR及Lp(a)均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,尤以不稳定型心绞痛组为甚。Lp(a)与RBC ICR间有明显的相关性 (r =0 .6 6 ,P <0 .0 1)。 结论 RBC ICR、Lp(a)的增高与冠心病密切相关。
Objective To study the change of immune function of erythrocyte and lipoprotein(a) in elder patients with coronary heart disease.Method The elder patients with coronary heart disease were divided into unstable angina pectoris group(27 cases) and stable angina pectoris group(22 cases),each group was compared with 46 cases of healthy elder people respectively.The rosette ring rate of red blood cell C 3b receptors(RBC C 3bRR),the rosette ring rate of red blood cell immune complex(RBC ICR) and the level of lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)] respectively were measured in the three groups by improved 'Guo Feng method' and immune nephelometer method.Results There is no significant difference between the two coronary heart disease sub groups and the control group for RBC C 3bRR( P >0.05) respectively.But the RBC ICR and the level of Lp(a) in coronary heart disease are evidently higher than that of control group,especially in unstable angina pectoris group( P <0.01).There is significant correlation between Lp(a) and RBC ICR( r=0.66,P <0.01).Conclusions The height of RBC ICR and Lp(a) are closely related with coronary disease.
