犯罪学的犯罪概念长期以来争论不休而无定论。面对纷繁复杂的社会犯罪现象,我们必须对人类的违规行为进行分类,把人类的犯罪现象视为违规现象的严重状况,并揭示人类违规现象产生的根源——人与人之间的价值观冲突和利益冲突。只有这样,犯罪学的犯罪概念才能清晰和明确。

Crime concept of criminology has been debated for a long time but not conclusive.We must classify the violations of human beings,view the criminal phenomena of human beings as a serious situation of violations,and unveil the essence of violations— conflict of senses and interest between human beings.Only by this,can we identfy crime concept of criminology clearly and explicitly.
