摘要
醋糟中含有大量未被降解利用的粗纤维和非蛋白氮等组分,经过处理可以作为动物饲料。文章简要介绍了当前醋糟现状以及在动物营养上的利用。
Vinegar-waste contains a lot of the crude fibre and non-protein nitrogen which aren t degraded and utilized,but the treatment can be used as animal feed.This paper introduced the present situation of vinegar-waste and utilization in animal nutrition.
