摘要
随着移动通信和无线网络技术的发展,移动学习随之而生,并逐渐成为一种广受人们青睐的新型学习方式。它具有无线移动性、高效便携性、广泛性、个性化等学习特征,使它成为在职人员学习的新途径。在分析移动学习特点的基础上,探究其在在职人员学习中的可行性、学习模式以及目前遇到的瓶颈和解决措施。
With the development of the mobile communication and the wireless network,the m-learning emerges,and has gradually become one kind of the new study ways which is favored people broadly.It is wireless and mobility,high-efficiency portability,universality and individuation.It has become the new way of in-service staffs' studying.On the base of analyzing the characteristic of the m-learning,this article researches its feasibility,the study pattern and the bottlenecks meeting at present used by in-service staffs,at the same time,it also advances some strategies to these bottlenecks.
