摘要
对浙东部分地区农村民办幼儿教师现状进行调查,发现这些教师在学历结构、专业知识、教学技能及自我发展等方面存在着诸多问题,在成因分析的基础上,提出构建"立体开放式"的培训体系等对策,为提高农村民办幼儿教师的素质与能力,保证农村幼儿教育的质量与可持续发展提供建议。
Recently,we have made an investigation of the status quo of the rural private preschool teachers in part of Eastern Zhejiang Province.The problems in the teachers' educational level composition,expertise,teaching skills and individual development were showed up,and based on the analysis of the cause,the countermeasures of establishing a Three-dimensional Open Training System were proposed which would be of good reference value to qualify the teachers and ensure the teaching quality and the sustainable development.
