脑蛋白水解物联合灯盏花素治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察

The clinic observation of cerebroprotin hydrolysate combination with breviscapine in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke

目的观察脑蛋白水解物联合灯盏花素治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法选择122例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为两组,对照组60例给予灯盏花素注射液治疗,治疗组62例给予脑蛋白水解物联合灯盏花素治疗。两组均治疗14d为1疗程,观察1个疗程。结果治疗组显著率及总有效率优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.167,3.862,P<0.05)。结论脑蛋白水解物联合灯盏花素对急性缺血性脑卒中有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combined Brain Protein Hydrolyzate and Breviscapine treatment on the acute ischemic stroke.Methods 122 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups.Comparing group of 60 patients were given breviscapine injection treatment,the therapy group of 62 patients given the combined brain protein hydrolyzate and breviscapine treatment.Both groups were treated for 14 days as a course of treatment,observation of a course of treatment.Results The therapy group was significantly better than the comparing group for both recover improving rate and the total effective rate.The comparison difference was significant（χ2=9.167,3.862,P0.05）.Conclusion The combined Brain Protein Hydrolyzate and Breviscapine has a good therapeutic effect to acute ischemic stroke.
