造血干细胞移植前预处理方案的全身放疗

The Total Body Irradiation of Preparative Regimen for Hematopoitic Stem Cell Transplantation

目的探讨适合国人ＴＢＩ剂量及方法。方法回顾分析ＨＳＣＴ前ＴＢＩ预处理方案的毒性及对植入、生存的影响。结果ＴＢＩ毒性未见明显增多，１２例全部植入。ＡＢＭＴ ６例中复发死亡１例，１例出院后３个月死于感染；另４例目前仍无病存活已７～９年；６例ＡＬＬＯ－ＨＳＣＴ中４例仍无病存活。结论认为国人ＴＢＩ仍以总剂量７～８Ｇｙ，一天内分两次给药为宜。

Objective To study the total dose and way of TBI suit to chinese. Method To retrospectively analyse the toxicity from TBI of preparative regimen and its effect on graft and survival. Results Toxicity from TBI didn't increase obviously and all the 12 cases had graftment. Of 6 cases ABMT, 1 case died of relapse. 1 case died of infection. Other 4 cases had DFS for 7 to 9 year. Of 6 cases Allo-HSCT, 4 cases remained in DFS more than 17 months. Conclusions The total dose of 7-8 Gy and being delivered 2 times a day are suitable.
