摘要 为了观察微生态制剂产品倍利素对蛋雏鸡免疫性能的影响,将倍利素添加到蛋雏鸡的饮水中,观测蛋雏鸡的免疫器官指数(脾脏、法氏囊)、肠道菌群数、血清中ND血凝抑制效价、红细胞花环率和肠液中sIgA等指标的变化。结果表明,33日龄时,试验组的脾脏指数、法氏囊指数分别高出对照组46.43%、88.55%,差异均极显著(P<0.01);33日龄时,试验组的拟杆菌数、乳杆菌数分别高出对照组23.40%、27.40%,差异均极显著(P<0.01),试验组的粪肠球菌数、大肠杆菌数分别低于对照组0.30%、3.35%(P<0.01);33日龄时,试验组的E-C3bR率和E-ICR率分别高出对照组177.78%(P<0.05)和56.52%(P<0.01);而在19日龄时,试验组的上述指标与对照组相比差异均不显著;在12、19、26、33日龄,试验组血清中ND血凝抑制抗体效价分别高出对照组14.25%(P<0.05)、15.78%(P<0.05)、29.21%(P<0.01)、36.75%(P<0.01),试验组盲肠内容物中sIgA的含量分别高出对照组43.01%、18.69%、68.55%、42.31%,均差异显著(P<0.05)。 Effects of microecological agent product added in feed on immune property of laying chicks were studied.Laying chick's immune organ index(the spleen and bursa),intestinal index number,HI antibody titer of ND in the serum,erythrocyte-C3b rosette rate(E-C3bR),erythrocyte-immune complex rosette rate(E-ICR),the sIgA in the intestinal fluid were detected.The results showed that: at the age of 33d,the spleen index and the bursa index of the experiment group were all higher than that of the control group,higher above 46.43% and 88.55%respectively(P0.01);at the age of 33d,the number of bacteroid and bacterium lacticum of the experiment group was all higher than that of the control group,higher above 23.40% and 27.40%respectively(P0.01),the number of enterococcus faecalis and escherichia coli of the experiment group was all lower than that of the control group,lower above 0.30% and 3.35%,respectively(P0.01);At the age of 33d,the E-C3bR and the E-ICR of the experiment group were higher 177.78%(P0.05) and 56.52%(P0.01)than that of the control group.However,at the age of 19d,there was no significant difference of the above indexes between the experiment group and the control group;At the age of 12,19,26,33 d,the antibody titer of the experiment group increased 14.25%(P0.05)、15.78%(P0.05)、29.21%(P0.01) and 36.75%(P0.01),respectively,compared with that of the control group;Meanwhile,the sIgA in the intestinal fluid of the experiment group were higher 43.01%、18.69%、68.55% and 42.31% respectively(P0.05) than that of the control group.
