摘要
双辊急冷装置的采用在较大范围内获得了 Li_2O(LiCl)-B_2O_3-P_2O_5系统玻璃。通过对玻璃密度、红外和拉曼光谱以及离子电导的研究,探讨了玻璃的组成和结构与离子导电性的关系,尤其是讨论了玻璃中混合阴离子效应(mixed anion effect)的物理原因。此外还研究了卤化物(LiCl)的引入对离子导电性的影响。
Li^+-conducting borophosphate glasses were prepared in a larger region in thesystems Li_2O(LiCl)-B_2O_3-P_2O_5 by twin-roller quenching technique.The dependenceof conductivities on the composition and structure of the glasses was discussed ac-cording to the density,IR and Raman spectra,more attention being especially paidto the mixed anion effect in the glasses.The influence of LiCl on the conductivitiesof the LiCl-doped lithium borophosphate glasses was also studied.
