摘要
本文利用热天平称重方法对 YBa_2Cu_3O_x 的氧含量随温度的变化进行了研究,结果表明样品致密度对其达到平衡所需时间有显著影响,求得正交相 YBa_2Cu_3O_x 中氧空位的形成能为0.39eV,最后,对 YBa_2Cu_3O_x中氧含量的测量问题进行了讨论。
The variation of the equilibrium oxygen content in YBa_2Cu_3O_x with tempera-ture was studied using thermogravimetry.It was found that low sample density redu-ced the time to reach the equilibrium.Based on experimental results,the formationenergy of oxygen vacancy in orthorhombic YBa_2Cu_3O_x was obtained to be 0.39eV.Finally,a discussion was given concerning the measurements of the oxygen contentin YBa_2Cu_3O_x.
