船桥碰撞预警研究

On Early Warning of Ship-bridge Collision

为提高水上交通信息化管理水平,减小船桥碰撞事故带来的损失,基于模糊数学与专家咨询方法建立了船桥碰撞预警计算方法,将其应用于重庆船舶交通管理系统(VTS)中,进行实船试验。结果表明:该方法可以准确预报船桥碰撞危险,有效避免船桥碰撞事故,具有实用和推广价值。

In order to improve the level of water transportation information management and decrease the loss of ship-bridge collision,a ship-bridge collision early warning calculation method was established based on fuzzy math and experts＇ advice;the said method was applied in Chongqing VTS and experiments on real ships were conducted.The results showed that the method could predict risks of ship-bridge collision and avoid collision accident,therefore it was practical and could be promoted.
