股骨近端防旋髓内钉-Ⅱ在股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉-Ⅱ(PFNA-Ⅱ)在股骨粗隆骨折患者中的临床应用结果。方法从2009年1月～12月,共收治股骨粗隆间骨折患者183例,其中采用PFNA-Ⅱ治疗患者20例,男13例,女7例。结果平均手术时间为24·7min,术中平均出血23·6ml。患者出院后均得到随访,随访时间为8～17个月(平均为13·8个月)。术后半年髋关节功能按Harris评分评定为(97·5±8·3)分。术后只有1例患者出现浅表感染,无其他并发症出现。结论股骨粗隆间骨折运用PFNA-Ⅱ治疗能有效减少对患者的创伤,尤其对于亚洲老年骨质疏松患者更适用,临床疗效较为满意。
