高职院校近年来发展较快，但也存在一些问题。就学生、教师和家长这三个群体进行浅要分析，探讨三者在和谐校园环境下的发展要求，以期产生最大的合力，共同致力于和谐校园的建设。

In recent years the higher vocational colleges have developed quickly. But there are still some problems to be solved. Based on three groups of the students, teachers and parents, this article discusses their demands of the development in a harmonious campus environment. Hope that they can maximize together, work together to build harmonious campus.
