黄连素对心肌缺血家兔再灌注损伤后心功能的影响

Effect of berberine on cardiac function of rabbit with myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury

目的探讨黄连素对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤后心功能的影响。方法采用在体兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,将35只新西兰大白兔随机分为5组:假手术组,模型组,黄连素小(3mg/kg)、中(6mg/kg)、大(12mg/kg)3个剂量组,每组7只。用BL-420生物系统记录各组动物左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室内压上升/下降的最大速率(±dp/dtm ax)和左室舒张末压(LVEDP),并记录心电图。结果与假手术组相比较,模型组大鼠LVSP、+dp/d、t-dp/dt水平明显降低,LVEDP水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,黄连素各组可升高缺血再灌注家兔LVSP、+dp/d、t-dp/dt水平,降低LVEDP水平,大剂量组作用最明显(P<0.05)。与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠心律失常发生只数明显增多,评分增高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,黄连素各组可使缺血再灌注后心律失常发生只数有减少的趋势,但黄连素各组心律失常发生只数及评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄连素可在一定程度上改善心肌缺血大鼠再灌注后损伤的心功能,在一定程度上减少缺血再灌注后心律失常的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of berberine on cardiac function of rabbit with myocardial ischemia/ reperfusion injury. Methods 35 rabbits were randomly divided into five groups：Sham group, model group, berberine small （3mg/kg） ,medium（6mg/kg）,large（12mg/kg） dose groups,each of 7. The levels of LVSP, LVEDP,and ± dp/dt in the rabbits were recorded by BL-420 system. Results Compared with sham group,the levels of LVSP, ＋ dp/dt,- dp/dt in model group significantly decreased, the level of LVEDP significantly increased, the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with model group, berberine difference dose group count be increased the levels of LVSP, ＋ dp/dt,- dp/dt and reduced the LVEDP level, the most significant effect of large dose group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with sham group, the ar rhythmia incidence in model group increased significantly, score decreased（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with model group, berberine difference dose group after reperfusion arrhythmias could occur only a few on a decreasing trend ; But compared the arrhythmia incidence and score, the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Berberine can increase the caidiac effect of the rabbit with myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.
